Welcome to Anton’s Medicode. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or logging into the LMS App, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Anton’s Medicode reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes binding acceptance of any updates.

Student Enrollment & Access

• Student Verification: All students must submit a passport-size photo, valid government ID proof, certificate of highest educational qualification, and a completed enrollment form prior to access.
• Credentials: Login credentials (username and password) provided upon class commencement are strictly personal. Sharing, selling, or transferring credentials is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
• Access Period: 24×7 LMS access is granted for a limited duration of 6 months from the date of enrollment, after which access is automatically blocked.
• Fee Policy & Account Termination: Payments must follow the institute’s fee notifications. Any lag or failure in payment will result in immediate suspension of LMS access until dues are cleared. Management reserves the right to permanently terminate non-compliant accounts. All payments made are non-refundable, and further services will cease immediately.
• Mandatory Evaluations & Certification: LMS Exams, Viva, Seminars, Internal Assessments, and Final Mock Tests are compulsory. A Course Completion Certificate and placement support are issued only upon clearing all required exams and mock tests with a minimum of 70% marks.
• Placement Assistance Policy: Placement support is assistance-only (not guaranteed) based on merit, performance, and dynamic company norms.
  • Reattempts (up to 2 additional chances after the 1st attempt) are provided only if the student attended the 1st interview and was rejected by the company.
  • Students failing to attend a scheduled interview forfeit further attempts.
  • If a candidate is selected by a company and rejects the offer letter/joining, no further opportunities will be provided. Selection confirmation by an employer fulfills Anton’s Medicode’s placement obligations.

USE OF CONTENT

• Intellectual Property: All course materials—including Video Lectures, Audio Classes, PDF Materials, PPT Presentations, mock tests, and website/app source content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Anton’s Medicode.
• Strict Usage Restrictions: Downloading, screen recording, capturing, sharing, distributing, or re-transmitting any Audio/Video or text content from the LMS App or website is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. Violation will lead to legal action, forfeiture of fees, and permanent account termination.
• Promotional Content (NOC): By enrolling, students grant Anton’s Medicode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license (NOC) to use all recorded content, photos, videos, reels, and testimonials taken during or after classes, events, or activities for promotional and marketing purposes across official channels.

ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

(A) Security Rules

Users are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website or LMS App, including without limitation:

1. Accessing data, accounts, or servers without authorized access.
2. Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities, or breaching security authentication without prior written permission.
3. Injecting viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or executing denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks to flood or overload the servers.
4. Using automated systems, scrapers, bots, or spiders to monitor, copy, or index any portion of the website or LMS platform.

(B) General Rules

1. Lawful Conduct: Users shall not transmit, post, or distribute via LMS forums, WhatsApp support, or email any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or racially/ethnically offensive.
2. System Integrity: Users must not impersonate other students, trainers, or administrative staff during live sessions, viva assessments, or placement interactions.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anton’s Medicode, its directors, officers, employees, trainers, and administrative staff from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses resulting from:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.
• Your infringement of Anton’s Medicode’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights (including unauthorized content distribution or screen recording).
• Misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to adhere to policies during employer placement interviews.

LIABILITY

• Placement & Employment Outcomes: Anton’s Medicode provides training and placement assistance only; the institute bears zero financial or legal liability for hiring decisions, job rejections, salary terms, or workplace disputes with hiring partners.
• Technical Downtime: Anton’s Medicode is not liable for temporary LMS downtime, server outages, or technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Academic Loss: The institute is not liable for academic delay or lost study time resulting from account blocking triggered by fee defaults or disciplinary suspensions.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Anton’s Medicode, its trainers, suppliers, or third parties mentioned on the website or LMS App be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, lost profits, or loss of data) resulting from:

1. The use of, or inability to use, the LMS App, website, or study materials.
2. Technical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in course content or PPT presentations.
3. Unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your account transmissions or personal data.
