1. Course Fees:

1.1. Course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility:

2.1. Refund requests can be made within 5 days from the payment date.

2.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have not attended the course.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. To request a refund, you must submit a written request to antonsmedicode@gmail.com along with relevant documentation.

3.2. We will review your request and respond within 14 business days.

4. Refund Amount:

4.1. If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on our evaluation of your course progress and participation.

4.2. Any applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

5.1. Application fees, processing fees, and any non-course-related charges are non-refundable.

6. Method of Refund:

6.1. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.

7. Course Cancellation:

7.1. In the event that Anton’s Medicode cancels a course, registered participants will receive a full refund of the course fees.
